Strategy and Implementation Summary


        Jaja Enterprise will do our best in order to satisfy our customers. For the starting, promotion will be conducted to attract customers to come to our fishing center. In the same time, we will introduce our company via advertisement media such as flayer, news paper, billboard, television, radio, and of course internet. 
Support from customers is important to make sure our place keep operate and generate income. It is important for us to have a great relationship with our customers in order to promote and market our product to the nation. Hence, we will treat our customers professionally by giving satisfied services.


Sales strategy
For sales strategy, we have to gain great reputations from the customers. So, as we plan, in the first month we open our fishing center, we will let the customers whose enter our fishing center get discount for the fee which is cheaper than the real price. They can fish for 3 hours with one paid. So maybe we let them fishing with a little extra time. This condition will alert the customers that our fishing center is in best condition and it is the best pace where they can fish.
Next, in the first week, as we know, not all people who fishing get the fishes which they want. So, we will give them a fish in our fishing pool as a present for the first time. With this step, we can show them that our fishes in our fishing pool are in high quality.
Other than that, we plan to spread our fishing center news to the other places in Malaysia. To complete this target, we have to make a lot of advertisement and flyers in many ways such as internet and campaign. We also can get a help from the customers whose come to our fishing center at the early to tell their families and families. This strategy will succeed by spreading to all the places.

Products and Services


Fishing Service
               For first month, we consider as promotional period RM 5 cheaper than real price which is RM28 for each rod. The original charge will begin in second month after we start our business. The real charge is RM 33 for first 3 hours (per rod) then RM 10 for additional an hour.  And for the most important income, we will held a fishing tournament every weekend and GRAND SLAM tournament for every month that provide champion price reach RM 20,000 with registration fees is  RM 50(weekly tournament) and RM 100(GRAND SLAM) per rod.

Competitive Comparison
               Based on our survey, there is no other fishing center around Lumut area so it will no competition with other company except natural ‘natural fishing ground’ (sea, river). So, we believe our company will be the fastest growing fishing center in Lumut.

Technology
Our company will use many technology based on marine technology. Firstly, to ensure the cleanliness of water, we use hydropump to pump out the water and refill with clean water. Next, to provide oxygen in the pool, we use water fan. To build a pool like a ‘sea surface’, we use a seawaver machine to make the water waving.

Future Service
For our future service, our company will be a firm that provided a high-technology fishing pool. Besides, our company will upgrade the services to attract more customer and become one of the famous fishing center in Malaysia. Other than that,we will also increase the amount of our facilities such as a free Wi-Fi,and mini playground for children in order to become a better family recreational park. We hope with all the services above,we can attract many customer and have massive income.

JaJa Enterprise will focus on two markets: 
The Daily Customer - someone who walk-in to our firm to get our services.
The Fishing-addicted – someone who interested in fishing or who take the fishing as their hobby during leisure time.

Market Segmentation
JaJa Enterprise will focus on two different market segments: Daily and Regular Customers.
To access both of these markets, JaJa Enterprise has two different sale systems. For the Daily Customers, JaJa Enterprise has a good price. For the regular consumer, JaJa Enterprise provide a package included the membership package. Daily Customer are defined as any one or more individuals that walk-in to our firm. JaJa Enteprise's greatest concentration will be on daily customer heading to our firm to fish at anytime. Regular Constumers would include those who register ad our member. Where there is an special admission price to enter the gate.

Market Trends
            Nowadays, people like fishing at the fishing pool compared at the sea. This is because at the sea, people do not know what type of fishes that they will get or they can eat or not but at our fishing center, the fishes we provided here fulfill the customers need such as the fish we provide here can be eat.

This field was divided into three main segments:
1.    Suppliers- Companies that supply the fish’s baby.
2.    Maintenance - Companies that need to do maintenance work for water motor and others.
3.    Operator- Company that run this business and get the profit of the business.

            JaJa Enterprise owned by four people as share holders. All share holders must invest about 25 percent for each person. 

 

Start-up Summary
            Our start-up costs include expenses for the land, the fish pool and for other equipment.  The start-up costs will be financed by a bank loan and a small owner investment of initial inventory and equipment.
